NUS/NTU chances

I got 97% in my ISC 2016.(phy-99 chem-95 math-97 comp-97 eng-95). I got 97% in my ICSE boards 2014.(eng-94 science-96 math-97 comp-99 history/civics/geography-99).
In SAT 1, i got 2100 (cr-700 math-690 writing-710)
In SAT 2, i got 2350(phy-780 math lv 2-770 chem-800).

School House Captain
Research paper in an international journal
Review paper in a science journal
other EC’s(no athletics or music ones though)

What are my chances of admission in Engineering at NUS or NTU …?

I’m confused. Why are you posting and asking about selecting an tOSU dining plan but then posting about chances of admission to NUS or NTU?
