Nutritional sciences at Berkeley

hi everyone, i have a question about the nutritional sciences major in the natural resource college at Berkeley. How's its preparation cirriculum for med school? Can i get some feed back on it because that can help in a lot in my descion of whether or not to attend berkeley.
Thanks

The best preparation for med school is MCB. Many MCB classes are very compacted and will help prepare you for the rigours of a medical school. Nutritional science is a little easier, and you don't need to major in anything related to medicine to get into med school (you just need to take the right classes).

What are the requirements? If they include particular bio, chem, physics, and math classes, that's most of the "pre-med" curriculum. PA is right, you don't have to major in something in particular to get into medical school. For instance, philosophy majors who take the MCAT, on average, do best, better than any other major. This probably has something to do with self-selection, as a smaller percentage of phil majors are interested in med school than bio majors, but I think that it shows that non-bio majors can be well prepared for medical school, amongst other things.

then is it hard to switch into MCB? the grading must be harder there. Isn't it the point to get a good gpa?? are the quality of the classes different then because that's most important to me
