My absolute dream school is NYU-Stern (although I would settle for the general school). I am currently a high school Junior living outside of Boston.
Freshmen and Sophmore year I got mostly A's, with about 4 Bs (combined years) in all Honors courses.
Junior year, I have taken one AP (English Literature and Composition) and all Honors courses, with about half As and half Bs.
In PSAT's, I scored 99th nation percentile in Critical and Math and 97th in Writing.
On SATs, I got 800 in writing, 780 in math and 710 in Critical.
I have recently taken the SATIIs for math and am planning on taking the Chemistry I, Literature, and American History SATIIs by the end of the year.
I am president of Journalism Club and Editor-in-Chief of our school newspaper, as well as lead layout editor.
I also created and am president of Hope for Haiti, a soon to be inter-high school group that donates to victims of the earthquake through PIH.
I'm worried, however, that I may not have enough extra-curriculars and the fact that I have B+s, Bs, and B- on my report cards, although the classes are all high level.
Next year I plan on taking atleast 3 APs.

Would this be enough to get into NYU (with a grant of some sort, perhaps?) What should I do to solidify my chances?

My second choice schools are Brown University, BU, UW, and UCLA.
