NYC-area schools besides CUNY worth applying

<p>I'm looking for a business/econ degree education from a NYC-area school. My grades aren't good enough to apply to NYU/Columbia, but I want to apply to somewhere else besides the CUNY system. </p>

<p>I know there are a ton of schools around, but are they worth the $ for an education (ie: LIU).</p>

<p>same here, i really need advice to decide where to go… i think fordham is a good school. and pace. pace offers good scholarships.</p>

<p>I received 16k from pace, still havnt even heard back about my fafsa and would like to do work/study. I think it will turn out to be affordable.</p>
