NYS Regents

I have decent Regents scores, (97 in Global, 93 in Bio, 95 in ES) but i also have some sub-par ones (85 in Algebra, 80 in Geometry). I know that if I want a Regents scholarship, I need a near perfect average, but I'm not really interested. But I'm still wondering if my scores affect my college app (positively or negatively).

Short answer: no

I know that SUNYs will see your scores but they won’t affect admission. For example, Stony Brook has some sort of foreign language requirement which can be fulfilled before going to Stony in a couple of ways: 3 on an AP, 530 on an SAT II, or even an 85 on a regent.
There might be some NYS scholarships awarded to kids who have reeeeally high regent scores, however.

You have nothing to worry about

Thanks, that takes a lot of pressure off

what is a regents scholarship??money?

I think I might apply all my Regents are all atleast 90+

I just noticed I have a 90 average, so I still can make ARISTA.
