anyone get into Gallatin?
There are two decision letters. One letter is succinct (you have been admitted), and you will get to it by clicking on the link in last week’s email. The second letter is longer and more specific (college, etc) and you will get to it by logging in to Albert and clicking “Application Status.” Be sure to disable your pop up blocker!
I cannot figure out how to view aid/scholarship. Can anyone else see it?

waitlisted! did anyone actually get accepted lmao? also can someone explain how to find out more info on the waitlist? it really doesn’t provide much info on the message (doesn’t state which campus, or when the final decisions for waitlisted applicants will be released). this probably sounds weird but i’m really happy i got waitlisted tbh! i’ve been kinda down cause i’ve been getting rejected from all of my US schools lmao so at least there’s something!
S got accepted into Stern, but can not check the financial award/aid information, there is no "Academics” tab in NYUAlbert.

Waitlisted as well! And @MrElonMusk, it does actually hurt!! If it’s not your first choice, please don’t stay on the waitlist, it lowers our chances.
why are there so many wait lists??
@Kalli99 I never said I would say yes to the waitlist for all four of those schools! When I said it doesn’t hurt, I was talking from a personal perspective, not in the perspective of the whole applicant pool.

So many people waitlisted even lessens my hope. NYU has been my dream since Middle school. I’ll be staying on the waitlist, but putting down a deposit at my state school and trying to move on I guess 
NJ Public school, SAT 1 1580, 3 SAT2 all 780, Top 2% ranking, NMF, Science awards, lots of ECs: Varsity sports team captain, 3 year Marching Band, youth volunteer leader in the community.

@Chickies11 i applied for musical theatre but said i would be considered for all studios! i addressed my poor test taking skills in my essay, which really effected my awful stats so maybe that was a factor as to why i was waitlisted?? i only really had poor grades in science and math classes so idk??
