bumpidy bumpidy bump

NYU Abu Dhabi’s acceptance rate for the class of 2014 was 2.1% and accepted only 150 students. You should definitely work on your GPA and SAT to increase your chances, are they are extremely slim.

Your ECs are good, and the subjective side of your application is strong. However, as swimdude92 said, NYU Abu Dhabi last year was essentially the most selective college in the United States last year. It’d be a long shot unless you improved your GPA and SAT scores.

Don’t send your SATs to NYUAD. Good luck!

I know this thread is six moths old, but if you’re still looking for chances, I would definitely give it a shot.

You might retake your SAT’s to get in the 2100 range. The stats of people who were accepted last time seemed to be solid (but not necessarily straight 2400s). The admissions committee was looking for passion and ability to contribute to campus culture, not necessarily accepting the top 2% of SAT scores.

I know this threat is 3 years old, but I was just wondering if you got in.
