@park100 Thank you! So the rooms we stayed in were slightly different - we had a bedroom and bathroom for two people, but the ones they’re using for dorms are arranged in quads, either two doubles or four singles (mainly for seniors I think), plus two bathrooms and a small living area, I think - don’t 100% trust me on this! But the bedrooms will be pretty much the same - a bed, desk, wardrobe and bedside table each. Nice, modern, spacious and super comfy beds (especially coming from China with hard beds!). Plenty of plug sockets too - can’t remember exactly what sockets but there were converters in our rooms and I had no problem with a UK plug. Bathroom was pretty standard, though the shower was fairly big and had awesome water pressure. Pretty much what you’d expect from a dorm room! If you search on youtube, there’s a video tour of the Saadiyat campus somewhere and I think they show you a dorm quickly. Also, I know there’s different types of buildings e.g. co-ed (though I think single gender floors? Not sure), male/female only, and male/female non-visitation (the other gender isn’t allowed in).

Hi everyone, I’ve applied ED II to NYUAD as well!
Are all the application requirements boxes on the Application Status on your Albert account ticked for you guys? If so, do you know how long you had to wait for that? Mine are not yet ticked and I submitted my app in late December. I know it says that it takes several weeks for the these to be ticked even when the credentials have already been sent, but with the CW invites coming soon, I’m kind of worried. 
@hopefuldreams Don’t worry. My transcripts are not yet checked in the application review, and they said they will contact anybody from whom they’re missing anything. People without a complete checklist have been invited. Good luck! Hope to see you in AD this February!

My school counselor email NYUAD about candidate weekend…They replied saying invitees will be notify in the coming week not this week don’t get worried…NYUAD my dream place to study…
@jazzdancer2102 Yes, you can get invited even if AD is your second or third choice campus.
@park100 Well, then let’s hope for the best for next week! It’s weird since people had been getting emailed about invites being sent out this week…
