NYU Application Late Letter of Rec/Transcript

So I've had my common app for NYU filled out for like two weeks now, and I notified my teachers about 2-3 weeks ago I'd need letters of recommendation knowing that in the past they'd told me they only need about a week to write the letters.

As you may know on the common app, your teachers/advisors have to submit your transcript and letters of rec. So I patiently awaited for them to. I was notified that my counselor opted to mail in my transcript so I assumed that had been taken care of.

Well I assumed wrong.

I've been frantically trying to contact my teachers but they won't answer because it's break, so I only have their letters of rec (they emailed me to keep for other colleges) saved to computer, not uploaded to the website. I also found out that my counselor never actually emailed my transcript.

I'm freaking out it's 7am on January 1st and I've spent so much time on this application, especially since I'm applying to Tisch's Dramatic Writing program. I spent weeks putting together my Dramatic Writing Portfolio (which is 25 pages), all for this to come slap me in the face. Of course the admission's office is closed for the holidays so I can't call them.

I don't know what to do I'm just spazzing because I don't think mailing my letters of rec and transcript would help since NYU doesn't do postmarking and I live all the way in Texas.

Is there anything I can do? Or am I going to have to cross my fingers and hope my teachers pull through at the last minute?

Rest assured, the deadlines for your counselor and teacher recommendations are different than your deadline. From what I know, my school’s deadline for their part of my admission is after my deadline (and my college office said the same.)
