hi guys, im looking into traveling to nyc to tour nyu. I know they have information meetings/group tours that you can sign up online but i was wondering if there is anyway to get an individualized experience by shadowing a student and staying overnight.

if you have any information regarding anything along the lines of touring/overnight stays please let me know, it will all be greatly appreciated :)

any answer would be nice… bump

I am sorry I do not know, but you might call undergraduate admissions and ask them. They are very helpful- you could also email your regional admissions rep and ask but you may not receive an answer too quickly as they’re probably swamped reading apps. I do not think they have a “sleeping bag” thing like CMU and others, but, depending on the college you are considering applying to, they might be able to put you in touch with a few current students and one may be very happy to host you for an overnight. And, you can also reach out to current students on this forum with specific questions. I think you are on the right track though to really visit and get a sense of the “vibe”. Important to do with any school you consider attending.
