So, unfortunately, the only time I’ll be able to visit NYU is next week during my spring break, when I’m visiting my family in CT. I didn’t know I was going until today, so I wasn’t able to register for a tour before they all filled up. Would it be a bad idea to just show up to an information session time + tour anyway? Thanks in advance!
@zahmata Nope, just show up! They definitely wouldn’t “kick out” an admitted student xD Some sessions might be full, but most stuff will remain accessible.
@zahmata Are you an admitted student or just looking to tour for future?
@PAwind98 @Fishnlines29 Thank you for your responses! I’m looking to tour for the future, I’m a junior that’s planning to apply next year
@zahmata I would try to call and see if they can put you on the list in case a spot opens up next week. It’s spring break for many so they fill up fast. You could try to show up, but there are no guarantees of course. There will be an open house weekend in the fall. Also the tours are outside only - you don’t really get to see inside much, so similarly, you could give yourself a self-guided tour!
