NYU (CAS) vs. UCLA vs. CMU (HSS)

Hey guys, I'm having a tough time deciding amongst my schools so was hoping for some advice from well-informed CCers here =)

I'm considering a major in the econ/business field and am hoping to get into IBanking in the future (and I do realise how competitive it is=[ ).

I was accepted to UCLA, NYU and CMU all with an econ major. Long story short, I didn't do so well in high school which really has reflected on my college acceptances since I didn't get into any of my reach/hopefuls (which would've made a difference to my chances of getting into a good bank). Nevertheless, I am happy with these schools and am prepared to work extremely hard to make up for it.

Now I'm left with the decision. I'm considering school size, location, strength of econ program, intern/work opportunities and the alumni networks and am having a tough time!

UCLA seems great in terms of location and quality of education however I feel NYU's location beats it when it comes to ibanking opportunities plus its econ program is also very good. Then again, given all the other students from stern and ivy leagues competing for the same spots I really don't know how my chances stand (I'm an intl student btw).

In this case, which school do you guys think would be the best choice? One that has the prestige+quality of education, as well as the working opportunities. Any advice would be greatly appreciated =) thanks so much!

please help guys ^^

Wonderful Schools! Dont put yourself down!!

Nyu > ucla > cmu

alright thanks guys! im pretty much set for nyu now =)
