Nyu cas?

Hello, if anyone will be kind enough to give me any input that would be awesome! I promise, this will be my last thread! Sorry for putting up so many.... argh. I didn't know how to edit my previous thread.. the button for it disappeared! :/

I was wondering if SAT Subject tests (SAT IIs) were necessary? I remember going to an open house and they said no several times, but on the website, some portions of the site say yes and the main site says no? I'm so confused! (I'm talking about for the College of Arts and Science and nursing specifically).
Also, do I have a chance at being admitted into the college of arts and science? Thanks a lot! I really appreciate your help :)

Thanks again!

About the SATs: It’s either you send in the SAT I OR 3 SAT II’s (one in math or the sciences, lit or the humanities, and one of your choice)
But to be honest it’s better to send in whatever you have if you feel that you are content with the scores (I ended up sending in my SAT I and 2 SAT IIs)

As for your chances I think you have a good one. I have around a 3.82 GPA and an 1860 on my SATs. I have often felt discouraged because I have been told my SAT score isn’t high enough but I feel I am very strong in the other aspects of my comm app, as I can see that you are with your extracurriculars.

Good luck! (:

SAT IIs are required for the College of Nursing

^thank you for your input! :)

any more input, please? :O

gpa and ecs are good but sat’s are weak.
i still think you have a good shot tho.
