NYU Chances Please!

Hey, can you guys please evaluate my chances for NYU Steinhardt? I'm going crazy waiting... I want to get in SO bad!

Major: Applied Psychology
Applying for fall 2007 as a sophomore

Current School: University of Connecticut (Stamford campus) - 2nd semester freshman
1st semester GPA: 4.0
Predicted 2nd semester GPA: 4.0
High School GPA: 3.95 - top 5%

SAT1: 2130/2400 (V 710 / M 690 / W 730)

No APs or SAT2s.

ECs:
Lots of volunteer work in an elementary school
Worked at a library for 3 years
Photography Club (11th grade)
Also, I was homeschooled for the first 2 years of high school, which is partially why I don't have many ECs.

Decent recommendation/essay

Thank you!

You're kidding right? If you don't get into Steinhardt, I will be very surprised.

Brand182...that was the same thing i was thinking...i think you could get into stern with those scores. VERY GOOD chance

You're in. No question. I'd apply to Columbia if I were you.

Steinhardt is one of the easier schools to get into within NYU. You should have no problem getting in. If NYU weren't such a stingy school I'd say you had a chance at getting some merit $$$. Your more than a competitive applicant to any of NYU's schools, but especially Steinhardt.
