<p>ED1 acceptance rate last year hovered around 35-40%. (I was there this summer and talked to some admissions people and did the math I could with the numbers they gave me.) Hopefully they’ll take all of us!

<p>I applied to NYU NYC campus, but I also put NYUAD and NYUSH lol…I JUST REALLY WANNA GO TO NYU :(( I applied to CAS but my major is kind of unique (Middle East studies) do they look at the chosen major while making decisions? I also put that I’m willing to be put in the GLS and LS programs if they want to.</p>

<p>@vikasnair Finance, but I want to concentrate in music and entertainment. NYU is also a great arts and music school which is also a draw for me other than business.</p>
<p>Schools besides NYU- I applied to way too many! Some of my top choices are Fordham, USC, University of Miami, American University, Barnard, and Skidmore College. @NYUFan101, that’s so cool! I’m in it for the arts myself!</p>

<p>Hey guys, quick question, if my guidance counselor submitted my transcripts along with my standardized test scores today, how long will it possibly take before it shows as check marked or received on my application status?

<p>Hey @DoctorRush the scores usually take a while, about a week or two maybe. Mine took a week and a half. I’d submitted them on 23rd October and the check mark was visible on 3rd, I guess.</p>

<p>@DoctorRush Scores usually take a few weeks whereas transcript should usually take a week or so. Just keep checking. @demonofmusic what arts program are you interested in?</p>
