Hi I got accepted into NYU class of 2019 and I have committed but I am worried about my second semester grades. As a senior in second semester I took three more classes because my counselor said I needed more to graduate so I took a total of 9. However now my grades are not looking to good. I have:
Ap bio: C
Ap Calc: C
Art:A
Econ: B
AP Sociology: A
AP Psychology:A
AP english: C
Religion: B
Religion class #2: C
I am worried I will get rescinded. Are these grades bad enough to get me rescinded?
How in the world could you need 9 more to graduate?
I needed an art class and econ for graduating. And she wanted me to take extra religions classes (I go to a private school)

I doubt any external scholarship will suffice NYU’s cost. If you aren’t offered enough money, best not to go.
I have a question -
I was offered a full tuition scholarship to Stern, and am really excited to be a part of the Class of 2019 at NYU. I’ve generally gotten straight A’s in high school, give or take 2 or 3. I’ll probably finish this semester with 2 B’s - will this affect my scholarship money?
(Reading my own post gives me a bit of a humble-brag vibe - not intended at all! Genuinely wondering…)
I am a parent and not an admissions coordinator, but I think only a multitude of Cs, Ds and Fs would put you in jeopardy. I wouldn’t stress if my daughter dropped to B’s.
