I didn’t see this trend anywhere so I decided to start it. I applied RD to NYU.
Hi! I also applied RD, but with NYUAD as my first campus. I focused on NYUAD in my essay, so I’m not sure how it’ll effect my NYU chances if I don’t get into NYUAD.

The official notification is April 1. Based on last year’s thread, RD class of 2021 notifications were sent on March 30th. Alexiadiane, Thanks for starting this RD 2022 thread - with multiple confusing threads here and in other college forums, seems like College Confidential could be doing a better job of moderating/consolidating.
Can anyone who applied share stats?
I have a 1440 on the sat
40/45 IB predicted points
plus a ton of extracurriculars and volunteer work.
ACT: 30
GPA: 3.85 UW and 4.1 W
I have average ECs but my essays were pretty good.
I took 5 APs
My stats aren’t very good but I’m going for LSP which I’ve heard has a higher acceptance rate.
Applied to MCC in Steinhardt
ACT:31 (R:34 E:35 S:28 M:26)
–Hoping they won’t focus too much on my low math score

Pretty good ECs with leadership positions related to major

Does anyone on here have “Application Year 2018-2019” or “Fall 2018” on their NYU Home housing portal? Not sure if this indicates a possible acceptance?

ECs: Pretty good variety, National awards, in many for 4 years–one for 6, lot of leadership positions
8 APs (all my school offered)

On another thread it did say those notifications (MLK and Deans) have gone out.

On 3/21/18 rec’d Email from NYU that decisions be available through our online decision portal on or before April 1st. Anyone know of anticipated acceptance date?
