I have Summer (on the main housing page) and Fall/Spring + Summer on that page
that link says summer and academic year for fall/spring
They just tweeted “there’s still some hours till decisions will be sent out.” they additionally mentioned that the decisions may be staggered, so some of us might get decisions sooner than others.

some people have an academic year option
go back to the housing portal, select the campus you want and click access application it should make you access the page after
they just tweeted that it’ll be some hours before release and that they’ll have to send out in waves
