<p>Hi there... So I plan on applying to NYU relatively soon with an intended major in Computer Science. However, computer science is offered at both the polytechnic school of engineering and the school of arts and sciences. I was just wondering what the differences between these two programs were. <p>The one in CAS is a liberal arts degree, while the one at Poly is an engineering degree. There are pretty substantial differences in the course requirements, so I would suggest that you browse through the course listings for each degree and see which track appeals to you more</p>
