by LOCI what do you mean? the form or a full on email explaining your interest to the school? Also to who did you send it! thank you so much!
just one email showing my interest. I just sent to the admission office and one AO replied me

They allow locis but I reiterated this from before. They do not look at loci or the form. They look at new grades only and original application
