Hi everyone, I'm new to this, and a little confused, but I have a question..

I have heard rumors that it is possible to double major at NYU through Steinhardt with a Vocal Performance major and a Medical/Science-related major. Is this true? If so, how difficult is it to do this, and what are admissions/auditions like?
Also, how much does it cost?

Yes double majors at NYU are possible, but you have to do some planning right from the start. You do not have to declare your double major at your audition, you would just talk to your advisor about it once you got school. You mostly likely wouldn’t have to apply for your double major, and would just be able to take the classes through the college of arts and sciences.

A double major does not cost any more then taking normal classes, as long as you do not go over 18 credits a semester. Although some people have to take a winter or summer term in order to complete all of their credits.
