Mine changed back too! I’m so nervous right now! Do u guys think they found out?
Since everyone is starting from scratch again, there is only one thing left to say.
NYU Tributes, we welcome you. We salute your courage and your sacrifice and we wish you happy Hunger Games. May the odds be ever in your favor!
Lol yeah my guess is that they most likely fixed the glitch. People probably started the online application and they got pissed or something. Think of it this way… most people on CC are those who really care about school, I mean most people don’t even know what CC is. The fact that 10+ people (most likely extremely qualified) have stated they have received a change is no coincidence, I doubt they went ahead and accepted us then denied us due to unknown causes–and most who post on CC just happened to get denied.
I don’t think we have much to worry about, the fact that we initially had a change should be a good sign.
@RSalvatierra
i think people who haven’t received house change still have the 2 boxes saying fall/Spring non-renewable.
ok this is weird - I had the freshman change - today it went back to non renewable and now I have NYU eligibility opportunity interview but I am not from NY - what the heck - is everyone’s interview on the 17th? Is this a private meeting or general meeting
@clkodu98739 my event calendar says that too. i think everyone’s does
By the 17th, either you will be accepted or rejected so… @clkodu98739
Oh, I also have the Eligibility Opportunity Interview. However, I do not know when it showed up there.
Before November 1st, time would pass by so quickly. Now, 7 days seems to be light years away…
@RSalvatierra RIGHT. i’m so much more stressed now
It seems like everyone on this thread will either be accepted or rejected.
It’s an honor to have Sherlock Holmes on CC. @booyaksha
@RSalvatierra mine still says freshman for spring and fall in NYC
sweats nervously
@booyakah lol yeah or waitlisted
@curiousminds01 Would you mind posting a photo, please?
the fact that @curiousminds01 still has freshman makes me believe that the people that changed back to non renewable did not get in and the people that still have freshman did get in. If everyone changed to non renewable than I would think it would be an even playing field but the fact some people have freshman now indicates that in fact decisions have been changed, etc
Housing changed from Freshman back to Non-renewable undergrad for me too.
Well at this point, the only legitimate posting of still having freshman is @curiousminds01. The others were either trolls or never followed up and can be assumed to be trolls. The notion that getting NR UGrad at this point indicates a denial with so many highly qualified people on here saying they got the change back doesn’t seem right. I still believe in the housing change as it seemed to have a really high correlation with people who had it and people who had competitive applicants. People who didn’t have it seemed to be lower than average or not strong applicants.
