I received an e-mail telling me that I’m being considered for HEOP and I had to RSVP an interview for the 17th of February. But since decision day is on the 15th, why would they let applicants RSVP an event like that prior to being given a decision? There would be no point going anymore if I was rejected.

Yes there were cases like those.
Generally, people with house change are much likely to get it compared to those without.

@Chalamagne916 okay, but no need to freak people who didn’t get the change by telling them it’s a ‘bad sign’. While the people who did get the change have higher chances of acceptances, it doesn’t mean that those without a change do NOT have chances of acceptance, or are more likely to get rejected.

anyway, this is all speculative, especially since housing changes are changing back for some people. five days left till we know for sure.
