Weird, I didnāt apply to Stern and I canāt log in over Google, but if I put the email into an email checker site it verifies it as working, unlike when I just put in just my netid@nyu.edu.
email checker sites are probably just fake ig?

I used āemail-checker.netā. For the format, I did ānetid@stern.nyu.eduā. When I did this it came back as working, but I am unable to log into it on google., and I didnāt apply to Stern I applied to Tisch. When I do ānetid@nyu.eduā the email comes back as not working.

I applied to Gallatin and had the same thing - netid@stern.nyu.edu worked, netid@nyu.edu did not work
Try with 12345@stern.nyu.edu and see what happens.

for me the netid@stern thing worked, and then I also activated an account so I can actually access that email using gmail
