Hi m a international student. Currently m considering applying ed2 to college of arts and sciences.
But m having a hard time choosing between NYU and Emory U
Can someone tell me which CAS has a better economics major?
also which CAS is easier to get in if m apply as an economics major?

NYU on both counts. Keep in mind that NYU and Emory are very different schools. From what I know about NYU, it lacks the campus cohesion of Emory. Whereas NYU is in the heart of Manhattan, Emory is in a suburb of Atlanta. That makes a big difference in terms of how the students interact. Also remember that a good number of students change their majors from when they enter college to when they leave. The American system isn’t like say, the British one, where students study one subject and only one subject all four years. It encourages exploration of different interests (Emory used to ban declarations of majors before the sophomore year of college for this reason), and as a result, many students switch their fields of study.
