So this theory isn’t perfect tho. Some people who did receive it did not get in and vice versa but there is deffinetly a correlation

Yeah I was actually wondering about this. Maybe it depends on what status you get after the 2015, cause some people get “No self-aid service for this year” or “Award Access not available”…

I don’t think ed2 shows the self service one. It’s apparently been changing each year

ah i see. I guess even w/ FA change we obviously shouldn’t have our hopes very high, since getting a change but getting rejected would feel awful if we did so.

well this stinks.

a little over a month left before our decisions. Dying in anticipation already lol

Same here especially because I don’t remember whether or not the change was already there

My FA also hasn’t changed, but I did send it in on the 31st so maybe it’ll change later?

What school are guys applying to?

@NYUhopeful1 Tisch film for me

@ ckravitz1223 i applied ED1 for tisch film, hopefully you get in so we can be classmates!

Im applied for Steinhardt MCC. My FA hasnt changed either. Do you still get an FA change even if u didnt apply for financial aid? Just wondering.

@cc20148 Haha, that would be great!

@zebrashorts I read the EDI posts and people who didn’t apply for FA still saw their FA change in their Albert, so yes.

@chances1please I also submitted my app on Dec 31 and got an FA change, but I’m sure there is a lot of time for your FA to change, so don’t worry it’s still very early.

Feb 15th is so far away

February 15th is the Saturday before my winter break, so NYU decisions will either break or make my vacation.

SO ANXIOUS

At least, if I get rejected, I would have an entire week to lie on my bed and sob.

We actually get notified “…February 14th after 5pm…” according to the main page of Albert, after you log in. Valentine’s Day.

I’m unable to post a picture of it for some reason, but when you login to Albert look to the right under the red heading “Admission Decision Release”.

It may be earlier because the ed1 kids got it 2 days earlier than the expected release date

I’m fine with an earlier date. At least that’s 1 day less to wait

Oh valentine’s day :(
