LOL. So that’s all good, but you should really think through your reported hours. Seems to me the hours exceed the hours in a week— and though HS students never get enough sleep, you must have slept sometime.
Are you applying as a Freshman-- with so many credits (not from AP, but College) this might be problem unless they are duel enrollment.
Don’t assume anything just yet! I saw someone else with that and I don’t think it actually means anything. I had access to housing for New York and DC for a couple days and then it went away. I think they’re just moving stuff around.
Every applicant has an NYU email automatically loaded, same as your login ID. It doesn’t get activated unless you are made an offer and then accept it.
Please reread the post by Camom about not over interpreting everything!
When you click the housing part on Albert does something come up for you guys? Nothing does when I’m on my phone but something does when I’m on my computer…
@rennie1249 Have you taken any courses/done any programs at NYU? If you go to the NYU housing page, it classifies “Undergraduate Waitlist” under returning students. I did do a weekend workshop and my housing said the same thing a few weeks ago.
Most housing changes will update the day before all just a few hours before decisions come out. Many accepted applicants never got housing changes. I was just really frustrated because I am listed as a waitlist undergraduate. ■■ my life.
I had the same panic attack as you when I first saw it. I don’t think it means anything. They usually send an email if they’re going to release early saying date/time. I thought the email would come yesterday (Friday) but it didn’t.
I am able to start an application for housing for summer, January term, and Spring term in NYC using the link provided earlier. Does everyone else experience this too?
@Techno13 I get the reported hours seem like a lot but it’s accurate - I do a ton on the weekends and during the summer, plus I’m homeschooled so there’s a lot more flexibility. Should I still be worried?
I am applying as a freshman but I have been doing dual enrollment.
