hey guys, I’m not sure if I’m gonna get on campus housing but I still applied for it. Do you know if I have to pay the $1000 housing reservation payment right now? or do I wait to get assigned? Or will they not assign me until I pay the $1000?
Has anyone who applied to Gallatin heard anything back yet? All my boxes for documents on Albert are checked off but I haven’t heard anything yet 
@transfer365 I applied to Gallatin late march and I haven’t heard anything yet. I did get asked to send in my midterm grades about two weeks ago. Are you a freshman rn?
@NYUhopeful_1198 same, I sent in my midterm grades about two weeks ago too. I’m about to finish sophomore year so I’m gonna be a junior this summer.
@Transfer365 did they ask you to send them? I thought sophomores don’t need to send them as long as they have enough credits
anyone hear back today? May 1st seems like it’d be a popular date for admissions decisions

@Rosemarila me too ! I thought maybe since the freshman applicants found out April 1st, but based on last years thread that I read through most decisions came out on May 15th.
@Transfer365 I would say it is because they are considering us but some people did get in without sending it
^ i wasn’t asked for midterm grades or contacted by NYU about anything and i was accepted
I know @annadragon and I know many others have gotten in without them lol but I was just saying that I haven’t heard from them after that
Does anyone know if it’s possible to call NYU admissions and see if they have all the documents needed?
It’s May and no one seems to have their decisions yet so it’s kind of worrying.
