College ECs:
-Roosevelt Institue (a policy/debate policy). I submitted a policy that reformed high school sex ed and mental health education within the local community
-Women in Business (regular business club)
-Finance Society (again, regular business club)
-Bloomberg Terminal Challenge- finance competition which i wrote my supplement on
-Emerging Leaders program- a volunteer program
-Student Conduct Board- as a member I hear cases (trials) of student misconduct
And I added three of my HS ECs on my common app which was Varsity Tennis captain, 2nd Degree Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Doe, and I started a charity (raised 5K the summer I did it) for schools in India
Note**: my ECs aligned with the general gist of business/philanthropy/and sports. To be blunt, the majority of accomplished students here have equivalent or more to what I have. I didn’t do anything extraordinary. My college grades were aligned with a transfer to stern and so was my essay. I attribute my acceptance to the foundation of ECs I created but more importantly my essays

@nyutransfer123 thank you lol! I do still love NYU and will apply to CAS again, and not Gallatin. I’ll be in the city this semester and I’m pumped for that and I think the new school will be more affordable as they do offer merit based scholarships to transfer students. Good luck everyone! 
By any chance, does anyone know if NYU has a pattern to know they accept people? Like Cornell just had a wave of mainly rejects (lol I was in that wave- es chill), which was something that happened the year prior. Idk if anyone did the research and read last year’s forum. Just curious.
@TransferKid97 No problem my man. I applied March 25th, no changes on my Albert, and got an email that my decision was ready on May 2nd 5pm EST. If you guys ever want to pm me about anything feel free to do so

-No FA or housing changes

@clubsfan11 I think everyone has it right now. Got the same thing, but without housing and financial aid. Did they ask for midterm report? Only housing and fiancial aid are the indicators I believe. Also did you start the housing application? Because i think that is why we can login to these sites.
I was asked for a midterm report around April 1st. I saw no changes to my Albert and couldn’t log into orgsync until this morning. Whatever the case, let’s hope we get in lol.
