@lulusbakery9 Congrats! When did you apply and when did they check everything off on your albert? Did you have the housing change prior to the acceptance?
I submitted everything either before or on March 23rd. They checked everything off before the second week of April after I called to ask. I am not sure about the housing because I will not be living on campus- sorry!
I was accepted, but I haven’t accepted enrollment yet. I can only see summer 2018 housing at this point, anyone else having this experience?
Tbh what’s interesting to me is that I applied around april 1 and I got the app for housing

Anyone applying Tisch film and Tv production? Any idea when the decision come out? Also my college doesn’t have GPA, but rather pass or fail (School of the Art Institute of Chicago doesn’t believe in giving score to artists lol) Does it gonna affect the decision for Tisch specifically?

Is anyone here who has a missing document to NYU? They still didn’t receive my college transcript even though I have sent it three times. I am kinda losing my patience here.

Personally, I don’t want to discourage you, but I also want to give you an honest opinion. I’d say you have a shot overall, if it weren’t for your GPA. Stern is one of the most competitive business school to transfer into in the US. There are dozens of students with 4.0’s that get rejected. A 3.6 GPA is definitely below the average.
How many credits have you finished? Have you taken all the prerequisites?

@gearsekandou I call them everyday but it is still missing. Do you know if there is a deadline for receiving materials?
@yankeebanger Have you tried sending it through email? That’s the fastest way. Also do you live in NY? If so you can just show up and bring it in.
@tdtdtdtdtdtd Hey I applied to the Film & Tv Production program! I haven’t heard anything yet, has your portfolio been checked off yet? I think we may start hearing back next week, but that’s my guess. I don’t think your GPA scale will affect your decision.
@yankeebanger The same thing happened to me! My school won’t send transcripts via email so I had to send one in the mail, but they never got it. Right now they have my unofficial transcript (one I scanned and emailed myself) and I just overnighted an official one so they should receive it tomorrow.
@skyleigh Did they accept your unofficial transcript or they needed your official one? Also, I mailed overnight twice but still no result yet.
@yankeebanger I’m assuming that they’re looking at my unofficial one for now, but are going to need an official transcript before they make my decision. Did you mail it w/ a signature required so you have proof that they received it?
