@transfer10101010 yes. in fact we were able to make a deposit for fall housing even though she hasn’t received a decision letter. Bursar said, call admissions and find out where her letter went. Admissions said “I see she’s been admitted to ______” but then when I said she didn’t get the letter, he said “oh, I misspoke.” He was totally flustered.
Can everyone make a deposit for fall housing?
@CrazyBrain I try to do it and I see there is $1000 deposit I can pay for fall housing.

just called admissions. said no decision has been made/released (then later reiterated no decision has been made yet) on tisch application despite being able to put down housing payment. i asked if no decision is made yet, when should i expect to hear and they said fridays in early may. dont know if this means bad news 
@mmcowart no tisch decisions have been released at all yet?
@sullengrl not to my knowledge no. i imagine because may 1 they will know how many they can admit. so maybe we wont hear till the following friday.
@nedesmom Do you think being able to make a deposit is a good sign?
For the very competitive schools, many will only hear back until after the May 1 deposit deadline, when they know how many open spaces they have, if any.
i can’t see housing payment does this mean i got rejected?

@Mib555 I’ve been doing this: Albert > NYU Housing Payments > Bursar eSuite. Then, it says: “There is no activity on this account at this time”
