I think they may because I heard schools pull from WL based on what they need to fill class. So if a lot of engineering majors decline and go elsewhere then they pull some from WL which makes sense. I heard the reason they load them separately is to avoid server shut down. It’s an easy way to chop the overall list into manageable pieces. They could use name or state too like I’ve heard some others do.

I didn’t but I got into RIT and Drexel so if I end up getting rejected by NYU I may go to one of them
