<p>Could anyone give me any information on NYU Gallatin? I personally relate it to schools like Brown with an "open curriculum" but it seems VERY open. Any information would be helpful (including how competitive it is!).</p>

<p>When I went to NYU my tour guide was a Gallatin student. The guide told me that it was one of the harder schools of NYU to get admitted to. She really enjoys the program though and told me that there is much flexibility as long as you consult with your advisor.It's a great way to use all the schools of NYU to create one major. My guide was creating a major with CAS poli sci dept with the finance dept. from Stern. Remember that there is an advisor coaching you along the whole way through untill graduation.</p>
