NYU, Georgia Tech, or UNC for Undergrad

I’m planning on majoring in biomedical engineering with a minor in comp sci and was wondering where my best options for undergrad would be and I’m hoping to go to med school afterward.

I’m will be an in-state student for UNC for my first year ($25k first year, then 50k the years after) and an out of state student for Georgia Tech ($50k a year). I received a $23k scholarship as well as honors to the Tandon School of Engineering at NYU so the total will be around $45k a year but NYU is not very known for engineering.

UNC would be a more relaxing environment since the majority of my friends will be going there but going to a new city would definitely be amazing too. With that being said, Georgia Tech would be best for engineering and is great for internships and co-ops but probably extremely hard for pre-med?
