<p>I am assuming msneicirenee is a junior/new senior who is just visiting schools…while the original poster had visitied AND applied (and was accepted) by the time he posted. AND since I’m assuming he liked them both (NYU and Chicago) or wouldn’t have applied…AND is torn cause he doesn’t have a hands down favorite…thus his cunundrum. He is in a vastly different place than kids who are just checking out the schools prior to applying.</p>
<p>It is very common as a rising senior to have schools you would think you’d love…but then visit and take off the list. For me the “Emperor’s New Clothes School” was Michigan. AFter countless family members ,football games and visits to Ann Arbor…I LOOOOOOVED Wisconsin WAY more…no comparison (better for my major too) But not seen as academically competitive.</p>
<p>Let’s hope everyone on CC has issues about whether to go to one Fabulous city school you are drawn to or another!!!</p>
