NYU , GW or Pitt?

first post and kinda new to this so sorry if I’m doing this wrong but I need advice
I was admitted into a few schools but I’ve narrowed it down to three: NYU, George Washington, and Pitt
I want to do pre-med as well***
Here’s the breakdown for each school, pertaining to my acceptance:
NYU- admitted for chemistry into school of arts and sciences, very minimal financial aid/scholarship, looking at around 65K loan per year (including room and board)
GW-admitted for chemistry into school of arts and sciences, got into honors program, 25K presidential scholarship, looking at about 40K per year (including room and board and taking out scholarship amount)
Pitt-admitted for bioengineering at Swanson, got into honors, 10K scholarship, looking at 25K per year (including room and board, deducting scholarship)

NYU is too expensive, I won’t go for the 85K loan/year no matter what they say about the school.
GW at 40K is not worth it either.
That leaves Pitt, it can get you into med school if you maintain a high GPA. BIOENG is not an easy subject to get a high GPA, nevertheless.

All fine schools – congrats! What can your family comfortably afford (no loans/no hardship)? What are your preferences among the affordable options?

You are thinking about med school? Absolutely Pitt. You don’t want to borrow a dime more than you have to. Ask any doctor in debt

Yet lets all pray that when the student is ready for med school there will be many free choices. Which schools, who knows but hopefully NYU won’t be the only one.

Congrats on getting into all of those colleges, but especially congratulations on getting admitted to Pitt’s honors college! I had heard that there was ~5.7% acceptance rate into the honors college this year, which is crazy. I applied myself and was waitlisted to the honors program.

I will be attending Pitt as part of the Class of 2023, so it sounds like there is a 1/3 chance we will be on the same campus next year. Good luck with your decision!
