<p>Hi guys! I have been looking around the web for information on people's experiences with NYU HEOP or C-STEP Stern. </p>

<p>I have a 1640 SAT and a 3.1 GPA. A bit low because of the bullying I experienced in HS, but still managed to get high 80s in all of my AP and Honours Classes. And I have done many extra curriculums like Teaching violin to disadvantaged children in my neighbourhood, NYU Outreach programs, and etc. </p>

<p>I heard that HEOP at NYU does not have SAT requirements. But I am not sure. </p>

<p>Would like to hear people's experiences. The interview process and etc. </p>

<p>HEOP at NYU generally still want students in the 1700-2000 range and generally high GPA. You have to be low income in order to apply and see that you have worked hard because such economic hardships. They will ask you general info about what you know about the program and about you at the interview.</p>
