<p>Does anyone know anything about the Honors program? One of my friends said she got in because she put NYU as her first choice for national merit scholarship final.</p>
<p>How do we know if we're in it? Do we have to apply?</p>
<p>You are invited into the CAS Presidential Honors Scholars Progam by letter, which is seperate from your acceptance packet. You do not have to apply. Per their request, I had my NMF certificate faxed to NYU, but I did not put them down as my first choice college yet and I do not think that you have to be an NMF to be in the honors program.</p>
