<p>I know that they've decalered that they do not give out any dollar to intl' students.</p>

<p>However, I still know students who do not take SAT but successfully applied to Ivy.
I also know students who do not meet the minium score of standardized tests of some colleges but also get admitted.</p>

<p>My only problem is funds.</p>

<p>So, here, I want to ask you my dudes, </p>

<p>IS THERE AND EXCEPTION THAT NYU GIVES OUT FINANCIAL AID TO INTL' STUDENTS? EVEN THOUGH IT MAY BE EXTREMELY TOUGH.</p>

<p>Chances are same of not taking SAT and getting into an Ivy. You will need to contact them and talk to them, persuading that for some reason you really deserve it, and wait till their decision.</p>
