So i'm waying a bunch of my options for college as to where i'd like to go for medicine.
I really love NYU; however, I was accepted into their LSP program, not their CAS. Would it be smart to go into NYU when i really want to follow a pre-med track?

My other top option is Rutgers New Brunswick.

I’m pretty sure you can still do pre-med. Besides, LSP is only 2 years.

Yeah, you can definitely do pre-med. My roommate is actually in LSP too, and she’s also pre-med and doing completely fine. It depends on when you want to take your courses for pre-med however, and because she also has LSP requirements, she spent freshman year taking only LSP and pre-med classes. If I’m correct, I think she’s taking the first of her major classes next semester (first semester, sophomore year). The number of CAS classes you can take open up more in your second year of LSP, when the number of LSP requirements start to go down.
