<p>@putums Everyone has that email - it’s just your NYU Home id (your initials and a random number) - nothing special about it. If you email it, it’ll just come back with an error.</p>
<p>@ilovegoldfish Last year, there really looked like there was a strong correlation between FA change and acceptance, but the NYU admissions officers denied any correlation. So either there is none, or they are not allowed to say. Or maybe it’s a glitch and they suspect, but don’t have solid evidence.</p>

<p>It’s interesting that all the FA changes have been in people who are applying to the main NY campus. Has anyone who is applying to NYUSH or NYUAD seen a change?</p>

I’m actually applying to Shanghai and have not seen a change yet…sort of unnerving. But anyway, I do know that last year a girl who was accepted to Shanghai saw the change, bu only three days before being accepted ED1.</p>

<p>I updated my post and added that I did not apply for FA. I also wrote that I found out about the change yesterday but it could have changed before.</p>

<p>@RCLVRR I had the same issue because I sent in school leaving scores too. It has to be manually checked off by their offices. You should call them about it ASAP because apps are already under review.</p>
<p>@anuragr I had my College guidance officer notify the regional rep already a couple and i emailed them yesterday (no reply yet) so hopefully it should be fine. If it doesn’t update by mid next week ill call them. Is yours checked off already?</p>

<p>I’ve read the FA changes for last year’s class, so I’m pretty sure that if the year 2015 shows and its changed means acceptance. </p>

<p>@infinitely2014 I submitted my app like a week into October but I didn’t have my recommendations sent until about a week before the original Nov. 1st deadline (not sure if that matters though).</p>
