NYU/Oberlin hopeful.....dying for some input

obsessed with both NYU and Oberlin, if anyone would like to comment on my chances at either school, that would be phenomenal (also like Washington U. in St. Louis, Wesleyan, Vassar, Bard, U Mich..any thoughts?)

junior at 2nd best public high school in my state
GPA (weighted): 4.25 to 4.3, depending on how rest of the year goes...(significant upward trend throughout highschool....4.138 from frosh/soph year, 4.5 so far for junior year)...however 4.3 is out of 5.0 scale (if honors are taken) therefore a 4.3 = approx. a B+ average on an honors scale
SAT I's: March exam got a 2110 total (780 writing, 720 critical reading, and 610 math) - retaking in march and working to raise math to at least a 650
SAT II's: Literature (700) - plan to retake, Math (expecting a 650-700), Biology (expecting a 700-760)
honor roll every term of every year
Ap's - junior year: Bio, so far have an A- in the course
taking next year: AP Psych, Ap Calc (AB)

sorry i know my information has been long, i could really use your help if you have the time

oops..i meant to say that i am re-taking the SAT I's in may, not march

anyone........please?

but I've taken a look at NYU, and your SAT scores are...amazing. And your GPA is like...amazing. You're in the 700 range in nearly all of your SAT tests except math but I'm sure they can make an exception. I have to say you have an outstanding application and...yeah. If i were an admissions person at NYU I would let you in, without a doubt.

bumppppppppppp

You are a match at most of your schoools, so you will not be disapointed come next April. Apply to Michigan before in September and you will most likely get an acceptance before Thanks Giving! What do you want to major in?

most likely english, possibly poli sci....this also depends on whether or not a photography major is offered
