NYU or FSU

I just got admitted to the NYU Core Program in Liberal Studies. I’m not too bothered by not getting into the college of arts and sciences because I will still graduate with my intended major. I was wondering whether I should go to NYU or FSU. The reasons I would pick NYU is for the better education, internships, etc. but I almost feel guilty making my parents pay for the tuition costs. (I wouldn’t have to take student loans)
My intended major is finance and I ultimately want to attend law school
FSU on the other hand is a lot cheaper and in my opinion I would probably have more fun and be happier in a traditional college campus. But I also value education greatly

Questions that I have that Would help me make my descision are
Is NYU worth it rather than a state school?
Should I feel guilty about making my parents pay a 60k tuition?
Is the tuition worth it for undergrad?
And most importantly, WILL NYU HELP ME GET INTO A BETTER LAW SCHOOL?

If you want to attend law school, you should probably major in a traditional liberal arts (e.g. poli sci, history, English, philosophy, econ are common for pre-law students) instead of finance. Also, NYU will not get you into a better law school and is not worth the extra 60k tuition, especially if that means you’d have to take out more law school loans.

If you think you would be happier in a traditional college setting, go to FSU. My niece goes to FSU and loves it. My daughter goes to NYU and says it can sometimes feel lonely even though you are a huge city.
