NYU or University of Miami for CS/IR?

I'm accepted to the University of Miami and NYU, and waitlisted at four other schools, but I still have to choose between the two.

I'm interested in computer science and International Relations/political science, but I may decide that neither of those are for me, I'm not completely sure. Can someone compare those programs at the two colleges? How would a 5 year dual degree B.E./B.S. (in comp sci and eng) from NYU/NYU Poly compare to a B.S. (in CS) from Miami? Is there anything else I should know about the two schools when you compare them?

Thanks in advance for the help.

NYU will give you far better career opportunities than Miami, but Miami will give you an infinitely better college experience. I’m painting in the broadest strokes possible here, but it’s true.

Please note that IR at NYU is an honors program and requires a 3.65 cumulative GPA to apply to the program. The intro classes that you have to take BEFORE applying to the program all grade on a curve, which occasionally makes getting that 3.65 GPA quite difficult, since if any other student does better than you, you may get knocked down to a B from an A, even though your grades, added together, would have been A. Typically classes only give X number of A’s, Y number of A-'s, etc.
