<p>I plan to study civil engineeering, and I am having a hard time choosing between NYU Poly, RIT, and University at Buffalo. If you can, please list the pros and cons of each. I don't think I will have time to visit each of them, so which has the better campus? Also, which college stands out compared to the others? And why?</p>
