NYU Poly worth the transfer?

<p>I'm currently a sophomore at Hofstra studying Computer Engineering. I am planning on transferring out and I'm thinking of transferring to either NYU Poly or maybe even CUNY City College. Anyone have any intake as to which school would be better to go to?</p>

<p>Also, if lets say I do get into NYU Poly as a transfer student, will I be getting a NYU Diploma for the class of 2016? When I look through the common app, the only way I can apply to NYU Poly is to go the NYU and select the Polytechnic School of Engineering so I am assuming so.</p>
