@nyuhope17 could you send me the link?
@nyuhope17 do you have the link to the FA page?
@kosmkkk March 10th, check your spam folder and it should be there.
@dvenom We had a discussion earlier suggesting the email is just generic.
I did ED for Cornell
My daughter received the non-custodial profile waiver approval as well this morning.
@camwow spring/winter admission is only offered for transfers, not freshmen.
Is Tandon very selective?
@K2499 It’s not as selective as Stern, Tisch, and CAS from my understanding, but it’s still competitive to get into.
@K2499 for Tandon, you probably need to have a 28+ ACT (preferably 30+) with an uw gpa at or above 3.6
@getaclucy oh ok I’m really tensed as to what the decision will be. My grades are average and essays were and only a few extracurriculars. I really hope I get into tandon computer engineering.
The FA page is straight from Albert. You log into Albert and then on the left side it says Admissions and right under Admissions is Financial Aid with subcategory of Financial Aid Summary. I click on Financial Aid Summary and have a chart that says 2018 New York University Award Access Not Available.
I don’t have any year mentioned on the FA Page. But I have the following message-
Select the appropriate aid year above to view your award information. If the aid year is not activated, your award information has yet to be determined.
Oh ok. My high school average is around 80% by the indian curriculum.

Someone on Twitter asked if we can expect decisions prior to April 1st and NYU just responded “Maybe… Perhaps… There may be news about that coming to your email very soon.” Does this go a long with the earlier “a few more days” tweet? Anxiously awaiting that email.
@lexijillian ahhhhhh it would be so great if they could just send out all the decisions in that email haha Take me out of this misery :’(
could it be this week?
April 1 5pm is what it says on Albert
Then they tweeted this- ‘‘All first-year notifications will be released by April 1st. If you don’t receive one by then you can call our office on April 3rd.’’ I’m not sure if this is with reference to the admission decisions or financial aid though…
They are likely going to move up the decisions as they did last year. Last year they sent out an email on March 29 saying they would release decisions on March 31. It probably won’t be this week but could be as maybe as early as Thursday next week since they released decisions on a Thursday last year.
