<p>So I'll be starting the IB programme next year, and i was browsing through the whole list of requirements(or sort of) for one of my dream schools- NYU. it mentioned a span of 3-4 years of english, 3-4 years of foreign language, 3-4years of history/social studies, 3-4years of math, and 3-4 years of science.
The only problem here, would be the fact that i currently, in grade 10, being in the IGCSE system, take drama and economics as opposed to history. I'll be applying for History IB next year, but that would mean only 2 years. Would this affect me in my application?</p>
<p>My D had 2 yrs of history and 2 yrs of business, graduated w/IB and is now attending NYU.</p>
