Kind of surprised Tandon didn’t send out acceptances out yet. Usually they’re the first school to send out acceptances. Idk

does anyone know what days decisions come out? I know it seems to be fridays this year but idk I literally check my portal every day at midnight lol bc last year they would update at midnight
@tatidee123 I think if decisions don’t come out tomorrow, we are probably going to just have to wait until next monday/tuesday or even until next friday lol I feel like the process is being delayed a little this year, since a lot less people have received their decisions this year compared to previous years… unless the people who have already gotten their decisions just don’t use this website haha

I really understand how hard admission counselors in NYU work. They are not only reviewing transfer applications but also freshmen. As we know that NYU is No.1 dream school, we might be more patient for the decision.

when I called they said this week was a decisions week which is weird
for those who got accepted… Did they ask for your midterm report/did you submit it?
It’s so weird this year i feel like they’re not sending out decisions frequently… it’s so stressful
Yesterday, I was told that decisions will continue through January which is a little bit crazy
everytime I call, I receive different responses but I know they won’t go till January. I typically hear mid-december and last year and the year before stopped hearing mid december. I think most of us will hear in early december
I’ve gone through and compiled a (hopefully useful) list of all dates that applicants from prior cycles have reported receiving decisions. Please keep in mind that not all applicants are active on collegeconfidential, and that some threads were more popular than others. As a result, I can assure you that these dates do not reflect an entirely accurate schedule.
From the looks of it, it seems that the bulk of the decisions are sent out in early December.
