NYU Stern application

Hi guys, I am applying to NYU and want to eventually work for a baseball team. I have a 3.7 GPA and got a 31 ACT and 2050 on the SAT. I would like to double major in business management at Stern and sports management at SCPS. I know that SCPS is a lot easier to get into than Stern.
So here are my options:
-Apply to Stern, with the chance of getting rejected from the school all together.
- Apply to just SCPS sports management and have a better chance at getting in, but without the Stern name.
What should i do? Would I be able to re apply to SCPS sports management if rejected from Stern? Should I just apply for sports management and try to make it without Stern?

Your GPA is good for Stern. Your SAT is a bit low. Generally recommend 2100+ for Stern applicants. ACT is quite good though. If you apply to Stern and get rejected you would have to wait until the following semester to reapply. E.g. you would have to apply for transfer during spring semester; note however though that transfers get little to no FA.
